Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP)
It is our goal to ensure that you, our customer, are pleased with our services. If this is not the case, it is our hope that you will call or visit us so we can work to make it right. If all of this fails, you may file a complaint. Complaints regarding the following programs and activities must be filed following the Uniform Complaint Procedures.

Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 1312.3 governs Uniform Complaint Procedures. While it is not necessary to use a complaint form (you may simply write your complaint in an email or on a separate paper), a form is available at your child’s school.
