Injury and Illness Prevention Plan
It is our aim to always satisfy our customers - our parents, students, staff, and community - but when you are not happy, it is our hope that you will call or visit to discuss the issue so we can find a solution. However, if all else fails, we have procedures in place to receive and resolve complaints. Most complaints will utilize our Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP). While you are welcome to use these forms to file a complaint, you are not required to use them. Instead, you may simply write your complaint and submit it to the District Office.

Williams Act Complaints involve students not having adequate textbooks and instructional materials, and for preschool students, the provisions of the preschool.
