[Barracuda] Logging In to Barracuda Spam Filter
Last Updated a year ago

The Barracuda login page can be accessed from the Email Security Gateway emails that are sent to your inbox three times daily, from the Barracuda Spam Filter app within ClassLink, or from this direct web address https://smtp.cuesd.com/

NOTE: Barracuda is one of the only systems that will ask you for your username, but actually wants your email address. Please enter your full email address (firstname.lastname@cuesd.com) when logging in to Barracuda.

If you have never logged in to Barracuda before, or have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset your password:

STEP 01) At the Barracuda sign-in page input your full email address into the top box.

STEP 02) Leave the password field empty and select the Create New Password button (see image below)

STEP 03) Check your inbox for the password reset email sent from Barracuda. It will contain a temporary password that can be used to sign-in and then reset your password.

STEP 04) Highlight the temporary password contained in the email, then right-click and select Copy. Be careful not to copy any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the password (see pictures below). Return to the Barracuda sign-in page and right-click the password field, then choose Paste to insert the copied password.

STEP 05) After you are logged in, click the Preferences tab at the top, then select Password from the list of options that appears. It will prompt you for your old password, which is still copied and can be pasted in. Then, input your new password into the New Password box and confirm it in the box below. Finally, click the Save Password box.
