Besides simply placing and receiving calls, there are a few other helpful functions that can be enabled on your desk phone.

[CFwdALL] stands for "Call Forward All" and will forward all incoming calls to a different number. This is normally used to forward calls to a cell phone. This is particularly useful in situations when you need to step away from your desk, but do not want to miss any calls. After pressing the [CFwdALL] button, enter 9, 1, and then the full phone number starting with the area code. This function can be disabled by pressing the [CFwdALL] button again while enabled.

[DND] stands for "Do Not Distub" and will silence the ringer for all incoming calls. Calls will still come through and appear on the screen, though no ringtone will be played from the phone's speaker. This function can be disabled by pressing the [DND] button again while enabled.
